Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern access to HoodCasino's pre-launch website, informational pages, waitlist and $HOOD lock interface. By using these surfaces, you agree to follow these Terms.
Additional product, licensing and jurisdiction-specific terms will apply before real-money gaming becomes available. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access the service where you live. You are responsible for understanding and following local laws, restrictions and tax obligations.
Access may be restricted by location, age, sanctions screening or other legal requirements.
Pre-launch service
Casino games, balances, rewards and account features shown before launch may be previews. Availability, design and functionality can change before the service opens.
Waitlist registration does not guarantee access, rewards, allocation, account approval or a launch date.
Wallets and on-chain actions
You control your wallet and are responsible for its security, compatible network selection, transaction approvals and gas fees. Blockchain transactions can be irreversible once confirmed.
Never share a seed phrase, private key or wallet password with HoodCasino or anyone claiming to represent support.
$HOOD lock promotion
Each wallet can create one lock position. The contract records the amount it actually receives, locks it for ten days and permits withdrawal only after the term ends.
The matching launch bonus is distributed separately by HoodCasino and is calculated from the credited lock amount. Token transfer fees can reduce both the credited amount and the amount received on withdrawal. Review the promotion details before confirming a transaction.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with smart contracts or other users, automate abusive traffic, impersonate others, distribute malware or use HoodCasino for unlawful activity.
We may restrict pre-launch access when needed to protect users, the service or legal compliance.
Risk and disclaimers
Digital assets can be volatile. Network congestion, wallet software, smart-contract defects, third-party services and token mechanics can create loss or delay. Nothing on this website is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
Pre-launch materials are provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every previewed feature will launch unchanged.
