We do not sell personal information. Promotional email will require an appropriate permission or other valid basis.
Public blockchain data
Robinhood Chain is a public network. Wallet addresses, transaction values, timestamps and contract interactions may be visible permanently to anyone and are not controlled or erased by HoodCasino.
We aim to keep ordinary contact details and support content off-chain. A wallet address can still become personal data when it can be linked to an individual.
Retention and security
We retain off-chain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, legal compliance, disputes and security. Retention periods depend on the data and context.
We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system or wallet interaction can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of information, withdraw consent or complain to a regulator.
These rights can apply differently to public blockchain records that HoodCasino cannot edit. Requests about HoodCasino-controlled off-chain data can be made through Support.
Age, changes and contact
HoodCasino is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly seek information from minors. We may update this notice as the product and legal requirements develop.
